Where to find your order number
Your order number is in the confirmation email we sent after you checked out. It usually looks like #12345 or CA-12345. Already logged in? Find every past order on the My Account → Orders page.
What the tracking statuses mean
- Processing — payment received, your order is being picked and packed in our warehouse. Usually moves to ‘Shipped’ within a few business hours.
- Shipped — the carrier has the package. You should also have a tracking-number email — check spam if not.
- In Transit — moving through the carrier network. Updates typically every 12–24 hours.
- Out for Delivery — on the truck for delivery today.
- Delivered — carrier confirmed delivery to the address on file.
- On Hold — usually a payment review or an address verification. Check your email for a message from us.
Tracking hasn’t updated in a few days?
Canada Post and Purolator both update tracking in batches — sometimes a package sits between scans for 24–48 hours, especially over weekends. If tracking hasn’t moved in more than 14 business days, contact us and we’ll open a carrier investigation.
