Shipping Policy

This page explains how Canadian Anabolics ships orders, what you can expect for transit times, and how we handle packaging, tracking, and discretion.
Where we ship
We ship within Canada only. All ten provinces and the three territories are served. We do not currently ship internationally.
Processing time
- Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST (Monday–Friday): shipped the same business day.
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST or on weekends/holidays: shipped the next business day.
- Crypto-paid orders: shipped as soon as the transaction confirms on-chain (typically 10–60 minutes after payment).
- E-Transfer payments: shipped after the e-Transfer is auto-deposited (usually within minutes of you sending it).
Transit times
Most domestic deliveries arrive within 2–4 business days after we ship. Estimated transit by region:
- Ontario & Quebec: 1–3 business days
- Maritimes (NB, NS, PEI, NL): 2–4 business days
- Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Alberta: 2–4 business days
- British Columbia: 3–5 business days
- Northern territories (YT, NT, NU): 5–10 business days
These are carrier estimates and can be affected by weather, postal strikes, and holiday volume. We are not the carrier and cannot guarantee delivery dates.
Carriers we use
We ship via Canada Post Xpresspost by default. For high-value orders or expedited requests, we may use Purolator Express or UPS Express Saver. All shipments are tracked, fully insured at no extra cost, with signature on delivery for orders over CAD $250.
Shipping rates
- Standard shipping (CAD $15) — flat rate, Canada Post Xpresspost, 2–4 business days.
- Free shipping on orders over CAD $300 (auto-applied at checkout).
- Express shipping (CAD $25) — Purolator or UPS Express, 1–2 business days to most major cities.
Rates and free-shipping thresholds may change; the rate displayed at checkout is final.
Discreet packaging
Every order ships in plain, unbranded packaging: no “Canadian Anabolics” name or logo on the outside, no product or category visible, neutral generic return address, and inner products bubble-wrapped or vial-padded to prevent damage. Credit card statements use a neutral billing descriptor that does not reference “anabolics” or “steroids”.
Tracking your order
As soon as your label prints, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and a direct carrier link. You can also check status anytime at Track Your Order or your My Account → Orders dashboard.
Delivery problems
Package not received but marked delivered
If tracking shows delivered but you didn’t get the package: check with household members, neighbours, and your local post office. If still missing after 48 hours, email us and we’ll open a carrier investigation.
Tracking hasn’t updated in 14+ business days
Contact us at sales@canadiansanabolics.com with your order number. We’ll file a lost-package claim with the carrier. Once they confirm the loss (typically 7–14 days), we ship a free replacement.
Damaged on arrival
Take photos of the outer package and damaged product BEFORE moving anything. Email the photos within 5 days of delivery and we’ll send a free replacement. See our Refund Policy.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you provide an incorrect address and the package is returned to us, you’ll be charged actual return shipping plus a re-ship fee. We cannot intercept a package once it’s in the carrier network.
Holiday & weather delays
Canada Post and our backup carriers experience volume surges around Black Friday, Christmas, and provincial holidays. Severe weather in any province can also delay deliveries. We’ll ship your order on time, but transit times during these periods may extend by 2–5 business days.
