These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of canadiansanabolics.com (the “Site”) and any purchase you make from us. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Eligibility
You must be the age of majority in your province (18 in AB, MB, ON, PEI, QC, SK; 19 in BC, NB, NL, NS, NT, NU, YT) to use this Site or place an order. By placing an order you represent that you meet this age requirement and that you are placing the order for your own personal use.
2. Products
Canadian Anabolics supplies anabolic steroids, post cycle therapy compounds, weight-loss compounds, and sexual health pharmaceuticals from licensed Canadian house brands (Accel Pharma, Zionova, Genetix Pharma).
These products are sold for adult personal use only. They are not approved by Health Canada for any specific medical indication. Nothing on this Site is medical advice. Consult a licensed physician before using any compound. You assume full responsibility for the use of any product purchased.
3. Product information
We make reasonable efforts to ensure all product names, dosages, brands, images, and prices on the Site are accurate. However, we do not warrant that descriptions, photos, or other content are error-free. If a product you receive differs materially from its listing, see our Refund Policy.
All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and exclude any applicable taxes unless explicitly stated.
4. Orders & acceptance
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. Your order is not accepted until we send an order confirmation email AND your payment has cleared. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including:
- Product out of stock or pricing error
- Suspected fraud or chargeback risk
- Shipping address in a jurisdiction we do not serve
- Customer has a history of chargebacks, returns abuse, or breach of these Terms
If we cancel an accepted order, we refund any payment in full within 5 business days.
5. Payment
We accept Interac e-Transfer, major credit and debit cards, and approved cryptocurrencies. Payment is collected at checkout. All card processing occurs through PCI-compliant gateways — we do not store full card numbers on our servers. See our Privacy Policy for detail.
6. Shipping & delivery
See our Shipping Policy for transit times, carrier details, packaging, and delivery problems. Risk of loss transfers to you when the carrier marks the package “delivered” — though we provide free replacements for lost-in-transit packages per our Refund Policy.

8. Account responsibilities
If you create an account on the Site, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential, all activity that occurs under your account, and notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, are used for fraud, or are inactive for more than 3 years.
9. Acceptable use
You agree NOT to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, resell or repackage products without our written authorization, attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site, scrape or copy the Site’s content, submit false information at checkout, or engage in chargeback abuse.
10. Intellectual property
All content on the Site — including text, images, logos, product descriptions, code, and design — is the property of Canadian Anabolics or its licensors and is protected by Canadian and international copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
11. Disclaimers
The Site and the products are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, except as required by applicable Canadian consumer protection law. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that products will meet your specific expectations or produce specific results. Nothing on this Site constitutes medical, legal, or financial advice.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Canadian law, Canadian Anabolics is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages; any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill; or any health outcomes arising from the use or misuse of any product purchased. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Canadian Anabolics, its officers, employees, and partners harmless from any claim, demand, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your use of any product purchased, or your violation of any law.
14. Privacy
Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced at the top of this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
16. Governing law & jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any dispute arising out of these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of the Province of Ontario.
17. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
