Refund & Returns Policy

We stand behind every order. If something arrives damaged, doesn’t match what you ordered, or simply doesn’t meet your expectations, we’ll make it right. This policy explains exactly how.
30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a refund, replacement, or store credit for any qualifying issue. After 30 days, we may still help on a case-by-case basis, but the formal guarantee no longer applies.
What’s covered
- Damaged on arrival — broken vials, leaking ampoules, crushed packaging.
- Wrong product shipped — you received something different from what you ordered.
- Lost in transit — package marked delivered but never received, or tracking shows no movement for 14+ business days.
- Product authenticity concerns — if you believe the product doesn’t match its labeling, we’ll review lot test results with you.
- Quality issues — packaging integrity or shipping condition problems.
What’s NOT covered
- Opened or used vials. For health and safety reasons, opened products cannot be refunded.
- Buyer’s remorse on opened products — once the seal is broken, the product is yours.
- Personal results. Outcomes vary by individual; we do not refund based on subjective performance results.
- Delivery delays caused by the carrier (weather, customs, holidays) — we’ll help track and escalate, but we cannot refund shipping fees in these cases.
- Orders flagged as fraudulent by our payment processor or our internal fraud-prevention review.
How to request a refund or replacement
- Email us within 30 days of delivery at sales@canadiansanabolics.com with:
- Your order number
- A short description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product and packaging (for damaged or wrong-item claims)
- We respond within 1 business day with one of the following options:
- Free replacement (most common for damaged or wrong-item claims)
- Full refund to your original payment method
- Store credit at 110% of the original purchase value
- If a return is required (rare — usually we just replace), we’ll provide a prepaid return label.
- Refunds are processed within 5 business days of approval. The exact time funds appear in your account depends on your bank or card issuer (typically 3–10 business days for cards, 1–2 business days for Interac e-Transfer).
Unopened-product returns (no defect)
If you simply changed your mind and the product is still sealed in its original packaging, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery, subject to:
- 15% restocking fee
- Buyer pays return shipping
- Refund processed to original payment method once we receive and inspect the return
Lost or undelivered packages
All shipments are fully insured. If your tracking shows ‘delivered’ but you didn’t receive the package, or if tracking hasn’t moved in 14+ business days:
- Check with your local postal service / household members.
- If still missing, email us within 30 days of the expected delivery date.
- We’ll open a carrier investigation and ship a replacement at no charge once the package is confirmed lost (typically 7–14 days for the carrier investigation to conclude).
Crypto-paid orders
Cryptocurrency refunds are issued in the same currency you paid with, at the BTC/ETH/USDC value at the time of refund (not the original purchase). Crypto values fluctuate — we recommend store credit or replacement instead for fastest resolution.
Disputed charges
If you have an issue with an order, please contact us before filing a chargeback with your card issuer. Chargebacks filed without prior communication may result in your account being suspended and the matter being escalated to the payment processor. We resolve nearly all issues in your favour when given the chance.
