Are Canadian Anabolics products made in Canada?

Yes. Every compound is manufactured at licensed Canadian facilities operated by our partner labs: Accel Pharma, Zionova, and Genetix Pharma. Each batch is lot-tracked and quality-controlled before it leaves our warehouse.

How do I know the products are pharmaceutical grade?

Every batch is independently tested for dosage accuracy, sterility, and potency. Each lot is traceable from production at our partner labs to delivery. Lot test results are available on request.

What brands do you carry?

We exclusively carry our three Canadian house brands: Accel Pharma, Zionova, and Genetix Pharma. No third-party reseller chains, no underground product. Browse the catalog.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Interac e-Transfer, major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), and major cryptocurrencies (Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDC). All card payments are processed through encrypted, PCI-compliant gateways. Crypto orders typically clear faster and qualify for additional discounts.

Is there a minimum order?

No minimum. Order a single vial or a full cycle stack — your call.

Do you offer wholesale or bulk pricing?

Yes. Email sales@canadiansanabolics.com with the products and quantities you’re looking at and we’ll send a wholesale quote.

Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?

Yes — as long as the order hasn’t shipped. Contact us immediately at sales@canadiansanabolics.com with your order number. Once a package has been handed to the carrier, we can’t recall it.

Shipping & Delivery

How fast do you ship?

Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST on a business day ship the same day from our Canadian warehouse via tracked, insured, and discreet delivery. Most domestic deliveries arrive within 2–4 business days.

Do you ship outside Canada?

We currently ship within Canada only. International orders are not accepted at this time.

Is packaging discreet?

Yes. All orders ship in plain, unbranded packaging with neutral billing descriptors on your statement. Nothing on the outside identifies the contents or sender.

How do I track my order?

You’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your package ships. You can also check status any time at Track Your Order.

What if my package is lost or damaged?

All shipments are fully insured. If your package is lost in transit, marked delivered but not received, or arrives damaged, contact us within 30 days at sales@canadiansanabolics.com and we’ll replace it at no charge.

Returns & Refunds

What does your 30-day money-back guarantee cover?

If you’re not satisfied with the quality of any product purchased from Canadian Anabolics, contact our support team within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or replacement. Can I return unopened products?

For health and safety reasons, opened or used vials cannot be returned. Unopened products in original sealed condition can be returned within 30 days for a refund minus a small restocking fee. See the Refund Policy for details.

Privacy & Discretion

Will my purchase show up on my credit card statement as something obvious?

No. Billing descriptors are neutral — they do not mention ‘anabolics’, ‘steroids’, or ‘Canadian Anabolics’. Your privacy is part of the service.

Do you share customer information?

Never. We don’t sell, rent, or share customer data with anyone outside of what’s strictly necessary to fulfill your order (e.g. the shipping carrier needs your address). See our full Privacy Policy.
